Jones Used Cars

I was shopping around as many dealerships in NY for the perfect BMW. I always wanted one. I figured I’d check jones used car dealership because my dad recently bought his truck from there . So i check their website and i saw a beautiful 5 series. So I called Meena the sales man my dad used and drove to Maryland. Walking in Mr.Meena Hermeena greeted me. I showed him the car I was looking at and the car I wanted to trade in. Mr.Meena was not only professional but also took the time to show me the car, test drive it look at all the features in it and answered every single one of my questions with respectfully. He wasn’t agitated by my many questions nor was he pressuring in me in buying the car. With in a couple of hours I took my new car home back up to NY happy and satisfied with the service I received at Jones. Both my dad and I love the service at jones used car dealership and we definitely appreciate the professionalism that Mr. Hermeena showed. Highly recommend jones if you are looking for a car and Definitely recommend Mr. Meena Hermeena as the sales rep to talk to.

I was in the market for a new car after my engine stopped working on my last car . Decided to put in an inquiry on a car I liked and was put into contact with Randy Meldron. Randy helped assist me all the way through. He and the lovely finance guys at Jones were able to put me in a newer car than I was looking at. Thank you Randy for a great experience!

Avoid this dealership at all costs. Purchased a vehicle there 2 months ago. Was told by the sales team they did an inspection and changed the oil. Received a message in the vehicle stating the oil was dangerously low. I know there was not a leak becasue two days before the alert the vehicle was on a lift to have the plastic under carriage removed. No leak was identified at this time. I added four quarts of oil and it was bone dry and smoking. Vehicle is currently at the shop and will likely need a major engine repair. I called the original saleman, Meena, and was smuggly told there's nothing they can do and it happens. Amazing how great the customer service is when their commission is on the line and how horrible it is when they sell you a lemon. They are a volume dealers who has become to big to fail. If they only sell 10 lemons out of a 100, the good reviews will far outweigh the bad. Highly recommend you don't take a chance at being 1 of the 10. They could care less.

I had an amazing experience at Jones! I worked with Nick Zito and he was delightful. Nick made sure we knew we weren’t in a rush and could take all the time we needed to pick our perfect car. After closing, several of the staff members I spoke to on the phone came by to congratulate me! The customer service was great. Nick even came out to make sure we could connect my phone before I drove away!

I contacted Jones CDJR about a 2022 Chrysler 300. We spoke in length about if this car was a certified pre owned and the condition of the vehicle. They assured me it was a certified pre owned and we went though in detail what that meant and what was included vs a used car. They even sent me an email stating the car was in excellent condition. I drove 3 1/2 hours to the dealership to see the car. When I looked at the car it was obvious the car was not in good condition. It had scuff marks on the door seals, was dirty around the plastic moldings and carpet and had stains on the seats. What was really bad was the back yard repair job from when it was wrecked on the right front side. You could see bondo on the right front vender, welds broken under the hood and were the front end did not aline, including the bumper sticking out the left side. I took a very strong tone as I think they did this on purpose and was trying to pull a fast on on me. I told them there was no way anyone would ever certify a car that had been wrecked and it was obvious no one had looked at it. They claimed the car report showed it was undamaged. I immediately left. On a hunch, I decided to call my employers True car service though Perk Spot. They found the car which was list as having frame damage. They also confirmed that it is not a certified pre owned. So they basically strait lied to me. The car is still listed as an undamaged car on Jones CDJR website.
